This year's Summit boasts several new programmatic activities. Make your travel plans to arrive in time for the Opening Plenary on Friday, December 7 at 5:30 PM and to participate in all of our celebrations. The Leadership Roundtable Breakfasts on Saturday, December 8 at 7:30 AM feed the body and the passion for progressive issues. Join fellow legislators to discuss Juvenile Justice, Reproductive Health, Marriage Equality and Work & Family issues.
This spectacular activity takes place during the Saturday luncheon. It is the presentation of the CPA Annual Awards honoring outstanding leaders. The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to an individual who has worked to espouse the values shared by CPA and its allies--to build strong communities and thriving families. The Arthur S. Flemming Award will be presented to a leader who exemplifies the ideal of service in the public interest. The Pathfinder Award will be presented to a leader who is dedicated to finding, and putting into action, creative solutions to our country's most difficult problems. This event is included in the Summit registration fee. The following sponsorship opportunities are available for the Awards Luncheon by contacting Chris Rutledge at 202-956-5151 or crutledge@cfpa.org.
$2,500, $1,000 and $500 (benefits vary)

On Saturday evening, The Flemming Leadership Institute will conduct the graduation ceremony for the 2007 Flemming Class. We encourage all Summit participants to take part in this most prestigious event during our Reception and the Progressive Partners Forum.
